Here’s a short list of good things you can do to make your yard and gardens more beautiful and healthy this January.

  • Feed birds regularly
  • Spray dormant oil on trees and shrubs to control next year’s insects
  • Prune deciduous trees and shrubs
  • Turn the soil in your vegetable garden
