We can help the customer to save money by providing landscape plans and coordinating the procedure.

Master Plan Services:

We can help the customer by providing a plan that is well-designed, with sustainable landscapes that can save energy and reduce the need for additional resources. In creating a plan, we work closely with you to define your needs and budget while giving careful consideration to climate, location and topography. The master plan typically consists of scaled drawings, showing structures, property lines, drainage, easements, and utilities. Itemized legends for planting, lighting, or construction details are listed with types of materials to be used. This master plan will allow you to work in phases according to your time and budget. Plan charges are $65.00 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. A typical charge for site planning can run anywhere from 10 to 20 hours. A 50% deposit is required.

Project Coordinator Services:

Not all of our customers have the time or expertise needed to oversee their projects. We can help the customer save time and money by managing the entire job. Our resources allow us to provide subcontractors, suppliers, and our team of professional trained crewmembers that will help make the process of installation a pleasant experience. Management fees are typically based on 20% of contracts.

Landscape Brokering Services:

You can rely on Reno Landscaping Services to provide you with the best choice of new plants on the market to meet your landscape needs. Choosing the right plant for the right place in your landscape is imperative for a successful landscape. A well-designed landscape can save you time, energy, and plant replacement costs. Plant consultations are available to the do-it-yourselfer in which a sketch and an itemized proposal for brokering the material are provided. An hourly rate of $65.00 is charged for this service. Once the sketch is completed and accepted by the customer, a deposit is required and the order is placed. Typically a one-week time frame is required to select top quality plants, bring them to you, and place them for you to install. Tips for proper installation, planting and maintenance practices are highlighted for the customers use.
